1. The safe was locked when it was shipped. To open it for the first time, use the password provided.

2. Install four AA batteries (not included). The battery compartment is behind the door.

3. Reset password: In the middle part of the door there is a button, press it (yellow light), then enter a new password. With each press, the buzzer will beep and the yellow light will flash. Then press the "ENTER" key and the yellow light disappears. Password has been reset.

4. Verify the password: Enter the new password and press the buzzer once each time. The yellow light will turn on. Then press the "ENTER" key, the green light is on, the password is correct. Turn the knob clockwise, pull it out in 5 seconds, and the door opens.
